Terms & Conditions

Thank you for placing your order with Denby Campervans Limited. By signing your order form and paying a holding fee, you agree to commit to purchasing the vehicle and conversion listed on the order form. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act.

1. Optional Extras & Interior

Upon purchase of your campervan, any interior or optional extras selections must be confirmed at the time of order or within 14 days. Failure to do so may result in production delays.

2. Holding Fee

A holding fee of £1,000 is required to reserve your vehicle. This secures the vehicle for 30 days. If no further payment is made within this period, the vehicle will be released for sale.

• If you choose to withdraw from the contract, the holding fee is non-refundable.

3. Further Payments

Payments beyond the holding fee are detailed in your Customer Order. As each vehicle is built to order, an additional agreed-upon part payment must be made within 5-7 days of placing the order via bank transfer.

• You will receive an email from our accounts department confirming the payment amount and due date.

4. Finance Payment Contribution

If you are using our financing option, the following applies:

• Upon finance approval, you must sign the finance agreement documents.
• Any remaining balance contribution must be paid in full.
• Proof of funds is required before final processing.

5. Admin Fee

If finance documents have been processed but the customer withdraws or if financing is declined, a discretionary admin fee may be charged, depending on the workload undertaken.

6. Payment

All payments must be made via bank transfer. A receipt will be issued via email for all processed payments.

7. Non-Payment

Failure to make agreed payments may result in the suspension or withdrawal of vehicle production until outstanding payments are received.

8. Conversion Timescales

You will receive an estimated completion timeframe upon purchase. Once the vehicle has completed production, it will undergo:

• Quality Control Inspection
• Valeting & Fitment of External Extras
• Service/MOT (if applicable)

Once completed, you will be notified so you can arrange collection and settle any remaining balance.

9. Remaining Balance & Vehicle Road Tax

The full remaining balance and Vehicle Road Tax must be paid via bank transfer before collection.

10. Delivery Times

Denby Campervans Limited aims to complete and deliver your campervan within the timeframe specified at the time of order. However, as our work is manual, completion may take longer than estimated. If a delay occurs, we will notify you accordingly.

• We do not accept liability for costs incurred due to delays.
• Collection is arranged in person as a full demonstration of the vehicle is necessary to activate warranty of the conversion. Delivery via courier is available upon request at an additional charge (costs subject to location).

11. VW Factory Orders

If your vehicle is a Volkswagen factory order, please note:

• Build and delivery times are approximate and subject to manufacturer delays. Denby Campervans can not be held responsible for any such delays caused by the Manufacturer.  Unfortunately build and delivery dates are out of Denby Campervans control.
• We will keep you updated on any changes provided by Volkswagen.

12. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order, you will be liable for costs incurred by Denby Campervans Limited, including:

• The purchase of materials, optional extras, and labor.
• Any expenses deducted from payments received.
• Funds will only be refunded once the vehicle is resold.
• We reserve the right to deduct resale and admin fees from any refunded amount.

For Buy Now purchases, the same cancellation terms apply.
